The charge the jury was asked to find guilty or not guilty was dangerous driving. He was found not guilty.
That doesnt mean he has done nothing wrong.

Errrr, no it was not - it was Causing Death by Dangerous Driving - far more serious IMHO.
    (example from google: http://www.portsmouth.co.uk/waterlooville-and-e-hants/Grieving-family-slams-sentence-given.3376199.jp)

But ignoring your typo/misread - how do you know that he did something wrong? Were you on that Jury? Do you have some 'new' evidence to offer to the Court?

Causing Death by Dangerous Driving carries a heavy prison sentence. I'm confident that if a Jury cleared him then he is innocent of the charge. It's really that simple :D

I have just complained to my local bus company after one of them decided it would be a good idea to pull out without signalling, making me slam my breaks on and just missing my RHFS, i was overtaking and was level with where he sits.

So i reported him for dangerous driving.

They think that that they have the right to pull out whenever they want and thats not the case.
I all have learnt is from others on many sites.

I don't know if it's fair to call him an idiot reading that:

    No, it's fair.
He's one of many round here that probably thought they were bullet proof. They don't last.

    and if this is true,

"Bob says "This random act of rudeness usually has me deliberately 'clip' or hit the car "

he'd be sacked quickly as well, as he said, the camera won't lie, shunting parked cars isn't something even idiot bus drivers get away with.

Nice move - let's hope the camera caught it, because they review every complaint against CCTV and, if he's in the wrong, you can be sure he will get a good rollocking. Give the Police a call too so they can view it (only do this if you are 100% telling the truth, as it can backfire!)

Just tell me this, you did not dial the number of the bus company on your mobile whist driving along after the incident - did you :D

Report it to the police as well, they may not investigte until they have several complaints, but you never know.
