I had a disappearing sel on my 2nd r&r, CS went red when I asked who had removed it.

Got to agree with this, I once had a lad come back to me with a completely irrelevent SEL saying I had got it wrong. When I said "let me have a closer look" the SEL I was talking about was actually hidden behind it in his hand. I guess he thought he was some sort of magician. I was quite impressed at his attempt but obviously he had put himself in such a possition that he sorted out my R&R in record time.

Had a great one today!

Took back a copy of tony hawks on the DS I got yesterday (on R&R) and exchanged it for a copy of supermario (paying the extra)

The woman at CS turned around to one of the others and said "might just as well put this straight back out seeing as its sealed"

So may well go back there tomorrow and buy it again as it had a sticker for £14.97 on it and scanned at £19.99!

She actually put it into the security case she took Mario out of and put it on the side ready to put back out (usually returns go into the cupboard behing CS)

I should have offered to put it back on the shelf on my way out! :rotfl:

Dont think she even looked at it to be honest, as when they exchange they have to scan it and give you the price on their system.

Bet I could go back in there tomorrow and buy it again for an R&R!
