I think they may do it if it's sealed. I take it you can't use the receipt, as it's marked as already having been refunded? You know, if I were you, I'd use the receipt. Say you were overcharged, hence the refund, but you've now found out that the person you bought the game for already has it, hence wanting to swap it. Someone on here changed a PC after being given a full refund for being overcharged.

Seriously?

What about the discount? would they have to take the game back too? Thats another reason I didnt wanna use the receipt as I want to take the game back seperately to exchange for a DS game.

Chances are they'll do it at the price on the receipt. I know the person who got the PC, then exchanged it, got the price on the receipt...he was a lucky !!!!!!, though, as the machine he exchanged it for was a much better machine and was scanning at a lower price than the machine he had received the refund on (they'd mixed up the prices on the two pcs).
