The discount definitely does not come off. Trust me on this. I bought a phone today. The offer expired on the 17th September. I don't think £20 for a £150 phone is bad, to be honest. The discount is on the phone only. The poster says "£20 off any Vodafone or Virgin PAYG mobiles when you buy a top up".

I tried the phone deal today but the cashier noticed the mistake and manually adjusted it. Not impressed. I have had quite a bit in the last two days from 4 different shops including Scissor sisters CD, Spiderman, the book at # 32!, Bomberman for the DS. So I will jsut take the phone back and get the refund.

How do you contact her? I have a complaint to make about an Xbox 360 I was overcharged on back at the end of August. I didn't keep the Xbox, though.

Out of curiosity, how did the cashier notice it? The offer is out of date. Cashiers aren't normally able to see the posters on the Mobile phones from their tills, are they?

The phones are kept at the cigarette counter right next to the Mobile phone display. She was looking right at the offer as she put it through. Cant buy them at the normal till. Tried the other 3 stores but sign removed.

She just said "oh that should have taken £20 off" I will call a manager and get her to do it for you

Hi all
Went to my local tesco's this evening.
Saw the sissor sisters cd with the £3 off i bought with any other chart dvd or cd so i bought spiderman Chart No 32.
Discount did not come off at till.
And the spiderman dvd went through at £7.97 instead of £3.83 as per the label so went to cs and the man said spiderman is not in the charts as all chart dvds are £16 or £17 i said would you take a look at the poster which states chart dvds 31-70 eventually got a full r&r and i also got 6 bags of the bbq doritos 2 for £2 discount not working.
