How come you only got £2.80 knocked off? The stand definitely said 'Save £3.00 when bought with chart cd dvd'.
The label in my local definitely said £6.97 if bought with any chart dvd or cd?I spelt my username wrongly on purpose, by the way!0 -
Thanks Clasics obviously different stands & posters about, I just wanted to help them out thinking they still were overcharged by 20p.0

Well Tescos aren't doing a very good job are they, judging by the amount of overcharging still going on. You'd make a great spy for MI5!0

Thanks for the warning, but we already knew that. In fact it was a Tesco manager who told me about the site when I was at the CS desk. I'd never heard of it before he told me "we know all about moneysavingexpert web site".
So ever since then I've found lots and lots of different things to get refunds on. I bet he wishes he'd never mentioned it!0 -
I smell a rather unsubtle attempt to get the thread closed. PLEASE don't respond, people. It's genuinely not worth it.I spelt my username wrongly on purpose, by the way!0

As my post seems to have been deleted i'll do it again!
Tesco are now monitoring this site to stop you exploiting the refund policy.
And why the hell should you feel it's your duty to give the guys and girls who work on customer services grief because you want to exploit the company they work for. And make them feel reall pathetic by alwasy demanding to see a manager1
GET A LIFE!!!
We don't care that Tesco are monitoring this site, I assume that you alone are classing yourself as Tesco?
Monitoring of this site by Tesco cannot stop us using the refund and retain policy. It is your policy not ours.
We do not give CS grief, we just explain that we have been overcharged. If CS feel that they are getting grief then that would only be as a result of them trying every which way not to comply with Tesco policy and trying to con us into accepting partial refunds, partial freebies and other underhand excuses and reasons not to give us the refund and the product that we are entitled to.
If you gave us the R&R that we are entitled to then there would be no problem.
Of course, we could all say that if you got your house in order and stopped breaking the law by overcharging everybody, then we would stop asking you to comply with your policy.
We are not exploiting you, it is Tesco that is exploiting the public and the law of the land.
We only ask to see a manager because you do not give us what we are entitled to. The ball is in your court.
