    Hello

Still smoke free, DH is still smoking outside, gales, storms, you name it, he's out there!! Thankfully it hasn't snowed yet!!

I wonder how much collectively we have saved? At my count I have saved £580 since September 21st. Blimey, that's like a pay rise!!

    Keep it up everyone!!

What do you mean, thankfully it hasn't snowed? Maybe if it snows it might sput him on to quit!

Thinking of you tomorrow! You can do it, plan a treat for a week tomorrow and then aim to get there - take it a little bit of time at a time (if that makes sense). I bought a new bag today (before anyone starts it was £6 from Primark so I'm still £32 up) and it felt good. Every week I'm having a treat to make me hang in there when the tough times happen, so far its working! Let us know how you get on x

I finally feel like i am on top of things!
today was slightl harder than yesterday I think though. Nevermind. I looked at a dirty smoker with disgust earlier - thats got to be a good sign eh? when I tried to quit last week with no patches, I was jealous of the dirty smoker!!
