Sent you all (I hope) a PM re hypnotherapy.
    I'm still on Niquitin 4mg Lozenges, down to 4 - 5 a day.
Feeling good about being fag free and feel positive today.
A friend came round today - a smoker - and she reeked of fags. I don't want to smell like that ever again!!

Bunnyhop - Isn't it good to smell nice! I went to Liverpool the other day and went to stores with posh perfume counters - got several expensive smelly samples - I smell lovely too!!:j
:grouphug: A smile, a 'please' and a 'thank you' cost nothing

Go on, you can do it!!

You're right, you have to have the commitment - be in the right frame of mind to quit.

Good luck in becoming a healthier, wealthier, nicer smelling person :j

    Good luck!

I quit a year and a month ago. I still miss it but I know I made the right decision, you can't know until you quit how bad peoples clothes smell when they smoke. Also the money saved is awesome, I have now bought a house and all my money goes on bills, so even if I wanted to, I couldn't afford to start again!!!
hehehe. I quit through the smoking cessastion service through work with 3 of my colleagues, and it's the support that gets you through the tough times. With all us MSE'rs on your side you're bound to succeed
With Love From The Mistress xx :p

Had a really stressful time today. Went to wholesalers to buy stuff, most staff were smokers and kept offering me a ciggie.

When it comes to buying, working out prices, I get tense.
But got through it though. Was really tempted, but remained fag free:j
    Keep strong all.
