Stopping smoking - yes again!

Argh.
Well that's it. I've been trying to give up for 10 months or so now. No chance at all though. On a positive note I've cut down from around 25 per day to around 8 per day.
My problem is, that I like smoking, I like it for breakfast, for mid morning, lunchtime, evening, when I'm stressed, when I'm happy.
As much as I do want to quit, I don't want to quit that much, if that makes sense...

We went down the road to a Pub with Son and Girlfriend. They both smoke  so sat in the Bar for nearly 2 hours. Everywhere I looked somebody was smoking. It smelt horrible!!!!  You could taste the smoke in the air. I decided that I had had enough. Normally would get a Taxi home but decided that we would walk the 2 miles to help get rid of the smell and to get some fresh air.

Next time we go out with Son and GF we will go to a Non Smoking Pub  They can put up with not smoking for 2 hours.3.795 kWp Solar PV System. Capital of the Wolds0 -

Babes21 do as I do and count the hours in 3 days I will be at 1500 hours. Just take each day at a time or hour at a time. It will all add up. :j
Don't do what I have done and replace the weed with Malteesers. My waist is starting to explode.
But the good news is that I can start running tomorrow as my torn Calf muscle has healed. :T

I really noticed it the other night at the pub. I was only there for a couple of hours but my eyes were streaming and my clothes and hair stank (really noticeable the next morning).still a SF nerd no.1:o
