Tell them! And tell them how great it is.

  • hi all well ive not been on this thread for a few days was just wondering how everyone is getting on, ive remained smoke free for 20days 2hours and 16mins so its all going well here still, im not even really thinking about cigarettes anymore which is good, but ive still not been out socially yet and that is normally when i restart, but hopeing the longer i am smoke free the easier it will be when i do venture out for the evening :0

Keep up the good work Chloejane, before you know it you will have reached 100 hours. Take 1 day at a time and watch it build. The longer you go without ciggy's the more healthy your body is becoming.

Good luck to everybody involved in stopping smoking. I've never smoked but I know how hard it is. Stay strong it will be worth it.
