I know the site is down - but surely that is to be expected with a large influx. Just be patient.
My questions- do you do prisms? how much extra?
- can i buy one for reading and one for distance with offer?
- is the voucher just like £30 off buying two pairs?

We do do prisms yes, no extra cost. To enter them put the information into the box that says 'Additional notes for our opticians' on the prescription entry form.
Yes you can get one for reading and one for distance with the offer.
Yes, you could see the voucher as effectively working out as £30 off any order.“Official Company Representative

Does this mean that if I can`t get the deal to work today - because of alleged `high traffic volume`, then I won`t get the deal I was led to believe I would when I bought the voucher? In that case it`s a fraudulent rip off.Freedom is the freedom to say that 2+2 = 4 (George Orwell, 1984).
