I'm thinking of waiting for the storm to clear a bit before using the voucher, of course the deal for £39 glasses will have subsided, but that isn't much of an issue to me for I preferred 1 kind in the £49 price. MY question is, if I were to use my voucher and pay £10 for a pair of £49 glasses, I'm entitled to a free second pair up to £49 correct? Does that include lens enhancements? As in, if my second pair was a £39 pair, then added the £10 tint, that second pair would still be free right? So in a sense I'm just paying about £23 for 2 pairs, 1 regular, 1 sun glasses.0

This is useless. The glasses I want have sold out (dunno how, cant manage to even place em in the basket). And other pairs have mysteriously gone from £39 a few hours ago to £59. I'm done and I'm getting my £9 back.0

and now they have emptied all shopping baskets..so back to square one. useless. inept. pathetic.0

It appears that we have crashed the website, obviously couldn't handle demand. My browser crashed when it was taking the payment which then emptied my basket even though the order didn't go through. When I tried to buy again it kept saying my styles weren't available - this was about 14.05pm!0

I'm really sorry about the site falling over. We prepared yesterday for a heavy amount of traffic based on the email going out, and we had 6-7 times our normal traffic and managed to handle it OK.
Unfortunately, and being completely honest, we hadn't expected quite so many people to arrive then next day on the stroke of 2 as the vouchers are valid for 3 months. As so many are ordering, one particular part of our site has issues.
It may be better, if you can wait, to come back in a few hours when the traffic has distributed slightly more. The offer will still be valid, and the most popular styles should still all be in stock.
Again, we're really sorry about it.“Official Company Representative

I cant imagine demand is that high. Not many are posting here. Or they are running on a low bandwidth connection.0

We haven't changed any prices on the site, what product are you referring to?“Official Company Representative
