Full of cold. Hope to feel better tomorrow and just deciding whether or not a run in the morning will make me feel a bit more alive and better if I shock myself into doing something. Hmmm, maybe it will. Will see how I feel in the morning

Feeling a little better now which is good. Forgot to mention my final £5 book arrived today all fine and off it goes to the present pile. Glad I got these as they have all gone back up in price now so a good saving

Also bought a £20 coat today in Mr T's in their 'all coats now cost £20'. It is purple with a large colour and will be wearing it this weekend to begin with then it morphs into a new work coat

Acuttling off to sort out washing and clothes now

Really looking forward to my night out tomorrow.

I bought a new lipstick today to celebrate reaching one of my target weights. Now that is something I never do and its a nice everyday colour. It's a surprisingly long lasting colour too. Looks like high street brands are my new best cosmetic friends these days and I don't need to order everything from the online shopping TV giant like I used to.

Popped in to do the shopping after work. Bumped into a work collegue not seen for ages and was nice to have a long chat about life and running.

Well I got called some names by some for losing weight, some of these comments hiding admiration for doing it, genuine congratulation from others and a let's see how you look in January from others.

Don't they know I have an iron will? They will do. Because I do. I had forgotten I had this as it had been hidden away for so long.

When I decide to change for good, I change and I maintain the change. It might take me some time to get to this point and when I do I know I can do it.

Anyway enough of all that, looking forward to a run in the light tomorrow morning. Left my ipod at work by accident, hoping its still there when I go back next week. So will have the radio for company and a nicer gentle run instead of a manic interval run.

Then will have a walk into town, a mosey around the shops and a coffe if I fancy one. Then a little light housework, and time to get ready and transform ready to go out!

I don't seem to be able to stop talking about my weight loss. I think its because I am so happy about it! Anyway walked into town and found a nice counter assistant in Boots who helped me choose the perfect shade of lipstick for tonight. She understood completely what I was looking for and it was nice to find someone like this who wasn't solely interested in selling anything. Its a lovely shade and texture and I'll be popping it on tonight as a final touch of fabulousness! We also had a nice chat about losing weight and running, which we both do for the same reasons - free and easy to fit in and in the fresh air

Also this might encourage me to pop some lipstick on in the week as a pop of colour and freshness - another step forwards for me if I do this!

So far today I have run for 40mins, walked for 2hrs. Planning another walk later on after I do a bit of cleaning and tidying up first.

Lovely night out last night. Looked rather lovely too if I might say so myself!

My grey dress I have had for 2yrs and have been slimming into for the work Christmas do fits now! Yeah! Worn with my burgendy booties which I love and hardly ever wear as I hardly ever go out.

So for work Christmas do I plan to wear all this and maybe buy a new handbag if I can find on MSE enough. Shouldn't need any make up as have a ton in the cupboard to use up and of course I bought the perfect shade of lippy yesterday too! Nice to know this outfit is sorted now well in advance, everything fits and no need to have a panic a couple of days before like usual - no need to panic buy like I used to. Nice to wear what I own too instead of leaving it unworn in the wardrobe

Had a lazy day today pottering about, loaf currently baking and all ironing done and put away. Washing drying.

Just need to sort out where I am tomorrow at uni then all ready to go!
