Woah am I tired! The legs are aching away after todays run - it went well and the intervals went well which is good. just some recovery now, really feel like I have had a proper work out still from coming back at 8.45am!
Had a gentle session in the garden, dug up some old tired shrubs, planted the new bargain patio roses for £2 instead of £5 each, tidied up, swept up, watered the plants and tied some plants up. Nice time listening to the cricket - what a test match and great commentary too!
Just relaxing with a glass of wine after a fish curry - just went over the calorie allowance for today but burnt off over 1300 kcals so allowing myself a little over today as a treat
Right back to see if I can tackle this computer problem again - here we go!final unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550 -
Just had a look back to the front page as I remembered it was a year ago I started the diary and am doing pretty ok overall
I am wearing earrings and jewellry again like I used to do
I am wearing make up again like I used to do
I am exercising regularly and building up my strength and mileage now from 6 miles running
I go out with mum every couple of months for a nice day out
I invite family over for a nice home cooked meal on every occasion
I paid off some CC and then had to slack off a bit as everything went up in price again and will try to get back on track again
The best news is I lost 5lb and I am trying to lost another 9lb! I lost inches from my waist, chest, hips, legs and arms. It took some months to get there but I now realise the longer it take to lose it, the better chance it stands of staying off as the changes in eating habits kick in for the longer term and I realise how I need to do it alongside my exercise to lose the stone I never lose
I feel much more confident and better than I did this time last year
First year of Masters completed alongside work which is going well too. Looking forward to completing the masters and moving on to another area of work as a result where ever it takes me to.
Good 12mth appraisal!

2 NSDs now
Shopping tomorrow and run day
Sat NSD and garden day, Sunday cleaning day and all is well!
Shopping list written for tomorrow and looked up some more recipes to try that are seasonal as my non stop fish diet is getting a little repetitive this week! Still nice though but have a lot of herbs and lettuce to eat up so more exciting salad recipes found to try!

Hi,
I've finally got here & am really impressed with all you've achieved. That's a very good 12 month appraisal & I'm pleased that you're enjoying the running again.
I spent yesterday doing your number 6 & number 7 in the evening, this weekend there'll be a bit of your blooming boring number 8 & hopefulyl a bit of number 10 too.
Enjoy yours,

Back from a 6mile run (3rd one this week) and just having a rest now! Went pretty well overall and next week will be increasing the running interval times to 9min from 8 mins per intervals
Have just spent an enjoyable time googling soap making and bath salt recipes and will defintaley give this a try - one for me as I have to be so careful with ingredients and they are in many bath foams etc, and some for brother and friends. All packaged nicely with a pretty label and should look great! Doesn't work out too expensive at this point and I'll have shuffle through my oils in a bit to see if I can use any of them! Then its off (not this weekend aiming for NSDs!) to find some cheap epsom salts and sea salt etc - probably next Friday
Looks like its a cleaning day today as its too wet for gardening today, let me see how much I can get done when I drag myself up to move!
Went over the calorie allowance yesterday feeling a bit down in the dumps, feel much better today after a good nights sleep and a run and will attempt to come in somewhere close to it today.
