Hello again,
thanks for the flavoured coffee, will try that out - I'm ashamed to say, but I just love coffee whitener .... mmmmmmm.
So glad you mentioned the orthotic insoles, I've been racking my brains trying to remember them. My sis does a fight club type fitness thing & having suffered for months with a painful knee was eventually signed off it for a while & advised to wear orthotics. She's now fit again & said they definitely helped.
I hope you get a good result from them & physio.
Good work on the SP, £365 & CC overpayment :T0 -

NSD 1/15 today for April
Bit of a rubbish day today - unexpected filling at the dentist after waiting yonks to be seen over the appt time. At least I can claim the cost back which is good. Saw ex which is upsetting when he refers to his GF - oh how I wish things were not like this but they are. One moves on quicker and goes off into the distance and the other one is left looking at the view. Wish it was different, wish it was really. Hope it will be different and its my turn to move on too and into happinessfinal unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550 -
I'm sure it will be one day and that day will really be worth waiting for.
I spent years wishing for the same thing after leaving an unpleasant, nasty first husband. Spent a long time wishing and grasping at straws until 'bang' Mr Diz swept me off my feet. All the bad days, sad days and lonely days were worth it - even if he does drive me mad and test my patience sometimes
Just don't rush it. People told me that when I was single and I used to think 'Oh, right yeah - what do you know' but they were right.
I hope that doesn't all come across as patronising, I really don't mean it to be, but I do really know how you feel.
Did the gym by the way! Induction last night, worked out tonight. I an soooo unfit!!! Thanks for the inspiration :beer:I myself am made entirely of flaws, stitched together with good intentions...0 -
Thanks dizzy - I didn't find it patronising at all in fact it was lovely to read what you wrote. Its good for me to read that and not lose hope that things will change one day, probably when I'm ready and don't realise it until then
Glad to hear you went to the gym - my advice would be start small and don't overdo it and lose hope. Tiny building blocks suddenly add up. When I started running I could barely run across the road and after 8 weeks I could run 3 miles after building up slowly and not losing motivation to keep goingfinal unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550 -
Well feeling a bit more positive now and have quite a lot to do today
Planning Mother's Day menu for mum
Gammon in cola
Leeks in white sauce and some other veg
Potatoes
Marmalade pudding with custard or cream
Later
Scones with jam
Ham sandwhiches if needed
Maple and pecan bundt cake
Lots of leftovers to take home and for the week ahead - result!
So have some dough on the go in the breadmaker, just deciding whether to make the bundt cake today then tomorrow make the scones while the ham is cooking
Also need to
Clean bedroom, living room
Tidy up outside
Wash kitchen floor
Hoover everywhere and tidy up study stuff lying around
Take dog for a nice walk
make pizza base dough for tea
Read a couple of chapters out of study book
See if I can put up 2 pictures for the first time ever - hmmm!final unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550 -

In fact Lula I thought today I would post you a cake if ut would survive in the post for being so supportive friendly and starting the Crazy Clothes Challenge and continuing to run it which has helped me a lot around focusing on not spending on clothes in the sale for the sake of it!
Big thanks to you is due
Well what else have I done today
Swept and mopped the kitchen floor and only a quick wipe down tomorrow left to do
All the washing is done and only a little bit of ironing to do
