Back from my 3rd run this week - long time since I ran 3 times in a week. Still at 5k but going well - off out for a longer run Fri or Sat depending on the weather

Plus a NSD today making it 9/15 with 6 left to get this month

Don't worry Lula, I won't! In fact might take it easy with the housework for a few weeks until this assignments in

Just looked in the diary and I have 2 more weeks until last QVC payment is taken out of a/c and it will be 2 whole months and 2 weeks since I bought anything from them. The aim was to get to the point where all EZ pays are up to date and out then I'll aim until the end of the 100 day challenge. Its working well as I don't watch it much these days as its doing my head in. Yeah!

Well the usual chores on a Sat are completed for today

cleaned bathroom, bedroom, living room and stairs, been food shopping and bought seed compost and a mahoosive sack of tatties for £3.20 in a paper sack that last so much longer than supermarket ones and lots lots cheaper. I might celebrate by mashing some for tea - how I know how to live! Did well to come in under £20 in Sainsbugs which was my aim today for the things on my list, plus I went off list for a couple of things.

Well talking of tea better make my casserole to put in the oven for tonight and Monday and maybe do a bit of baking if I can be bothered!

Just deciding what to make, something nice and easy I think. Could do with using the cranberries up so maybe cranberry muffins?

Feeling a bit like my name today and fedup!

Think I'd better put a plan together to stop me dwelling on things so I'll put £3 in my treat jar for skincare stocks used up for the 100 day challenge.

Then this is my plan for today
will take the dog for a walk
    2 hours study
sweep and wash kitchen and bathroom floors
    study for another 1 hour
go for a run this afternoon
    make fish pie for tea
    get work stuff ready
write a draft to submit for comments

Hopefully this will keep me busy enough to feel like I'm getting somewhere with the assignment and like I haven't totally wasted the weekend
