All done and dusted for today apart from more reading for assignment

    Today's achievements are
£20 into SPC total now £60/240
    £31 into £365 savings plan £90/365

So happy with how the saving is going for the first time ever I am saving money to spend on something for me instead of using the CCs and while I am repaying my debt

19.gif Lovin the daffs! Good luck with your March NSD's...

Have a BM - may try pizza dough this week. Do you just squish it out pizza shaped and then put it on a baking tray?

    Hi there dizzy,

I used the recipe in my BM manual and used the pizza dough programme then left it to prove squashed on a baking sheet for 20-30mins somewhere warm. The quantity was enough for 2 so I froze the other half to use later

Was lovely and can't believe I didn't find this out sooner!

Didn't get the NSD as I planned as I forgot part of my work lunch and the craving kicked in for some crisps which I went to buy alongside 2 energy saving light bulbs for my new lamp

Never mind, plenty of time left and tomorrow really will be a NSD

Coming down with an annoying cold just as my deadline approaches - Some reading done today, pieces of the assignment jigsaw fitting together better now. Better make a start and do some writing then!

NSD 1 for march - 14 more to go!

Right work done for the week and its full steam ahead now with the assignment.

Looking forward to my photo posters arriving soon which I'll frame and hang to cheer up the living room. 3 posters cost £17, off to look for some frames at the weekend and hoping to do 3 pictures for £30-£40 working out at £10-£13 each. They are from a holiday last year of a lovely garden with daffodils and trees. Can't wait until they arrive and I hope they look good. If they do I might be tempted to do a couple more for another wall.

What else, not much to report apart from felt quite tempted by todays ISV from Elemis but managed to stay strong reminding myself of my skin allergy and how many things I can't use including things from Elemis

back later with an assignment update - could do with writing 1000 words tonight

    Hope it's picked up!!!

Thatnks for the BM Pizza dough info. Have checked out the book for my BM and found the recipe so may try it out on Saturday. Well done on resisting the Elemis retail opportunity

1000 words in 1/3 of the way there

£17 spent out of grocery challenge budget leaving £108 for the rest of the month - have enough in to last next week and forgot my juice cartons so its water next week at work for a change

Lunch break time now and have a shuffle around in the cupboards to find something to eat

Have stinking cold too caught from work - gee thanks for that so another honey and lemon it is and a blanket to get wrapped up in.

Back later with a word count update!

Happier now - had to cave in and put the heating on as it is very cold here today

Found a couple of recipes to use up my piece of beef brisket tomorrow and cook for 3hrs and eat with mash and cabbage - can't you tell I'm craving comfort food today! might have the rainbow trout for tea bought today for £1.17 or freeze it and have a comfort food risotto instead. Will see how I feel later, meanwhile time to make another cup of tea then get back to some more writing and referencing and get to 2000 words by the end of the day
