  • :D I could do with some of your fitness motivation!

Well done, you are doing so well with the running, the meal planning and the housework etc and I'm pleased for you. Keep it up , just shove a bit of motivation my way will you??!!!

PS: I'm sure the avitar pic is new too??? Or am I going mad? If it's new - I like it, very spring like!

Another less happy day today for some reason despite some achievements

Passed the dreaded module - just about scraped it but hey it counts!
Hit my NSD target of 15/15 for Feb and have now extended to 17 and for the first time in ages got to 4 NSDs in a row

Fink its work dragging me down, we are squeezed until the pips squeak and its not good enough what we do, it never is and with this Govt it never will be, hey back to the 90's we go

  • Just deciding whether to go for a higher NSD target for March - 17 or 20?

Reading done for tonight and the humungous 3000 word assignment due in soon. More for tomorrow and a run too after work - could do with a rest from all this non stop study and work, looking forward to the break in March, however quick the 2 weeks goes it will nice to not feel guilty at the weekend for not reading and studying!

Another c'mon c'mon c'mon day today in the lovely mild bright day with NSD 16 and 5th in a row and a 5k run which was more difficult today than the other day but it was good to get out.

Also got the confirmation of my place in my first 10k race in April. This time last year there is no way I would have considered doing this as I knew I was no where near that. What a difference 8 weeks make on the C25K programme! No bigger recommendation could I give to getting fit and feeling better and finally achieving my long held goal of sticking to some kind of fitness that I enjoy. Happy happy happy now!

Slightly feeling frantic for this weekend. Had a nice Friday night out at a friends for tea so no studying done at all yesterday
Today need to do quite a lot so here I go with an attempt at a list of things to do, here we go.

    Saturday
    [STRIKE]Walk dog
    Study 1 hour (9.30-10.30)
    Break - clean LR (10.30 - 11)
    Study 1 hour (11 - 12)
    Break - clean bedroom (12 - 12.30)
Lunch break - dig something out of cupboard or freezer (12.30 - 1.30)[/STRIKE]
    Study 1 hour (1.30 -2.30)
    [STRIKE]Break clean bathroom (2.30 - 3)[/STRIKE]
    Study 1 hour (3 - 4)
[STRIKE]Take dog out for another long walk
    Break sweep and mop floors[/STRIKE]

Watch rugby and have a rest for a bit

No escape from this, needs to be done. Deadline looms. If I need a bigger break I'll bake a cake for the week and must remember to put the BM on

    Aiming for a NSD weekend

    What else to do

    Sunday
    Clean kitchen
    Clean bathroom
    Do ironing
    more studying and writing
make some lunches for work - baked potatoes and soup
    [STRIKE]meal plan for next week[/STRIKE]
    [STRIKE]make something nice for tea[/STRIKE]
    Run 10k
Bake Cherry, Banana and Coconut Cake

Back later to report how I got on!

2 hours studying done and a very early draft version emailed for comments hopefully coming back early next week while I crack on with it!

    2 more hours to go

Right time to take the dog out before the rugby starts, chuck some washing in the TD after its been soaked by a very heavy downpour and chuck some ingredients into the BM for a pizza dough while I do some reading
