Tomorrow - clean BR, sweep and mop floors, tidy up garden, go for bike ride, long dog walk, tidy up feet and nails and repaint finger nails and also full facial exfoliate and face mask and hairpack too at some point tomorrow

A fantastic day full of cycling and exercise today for me!

Got up, took Mr Dog around his usual longer morning walk at the weekend, then went out for my 9 mile hill loop bike ride, came home to a friend texting me to go out for a bike ride off road locally which we extended for a couple of hours. Then swept and mopped the floors, washing all done and hung out to dry super slowly. Then a longer weekend walk with Mr dog for his afternoon stroll, tea, ironing and work stuff ready to go. Meal planned for the week ahead, arranged a night out to the cinema with the friend this week. Bike all cleaned up and shiny ready to go again next weekend as this week is a busy one with 2 evenings out, work later one night and still have 3 more days of Shred to do and its finished!

Not a very good week this week.

Firstly quite tense at work, short staffed, sickness, impact on rest of us and so on.
Secondly both nights out cancelled for one reason or another - oh well, one more arranged for Monday so at least something planned.

Thirdly, not happy with receiving a parking ticket this week. My first one ever, The signs had changed and I hadn't noticed - bah and grrr and humph

Fourthly, came home and CBA to do Shred as very tired, mught get around to it in a bit when tea has gone down then happily only one more to go!

Really pleased. Made myself do Shred and it went really well and that's day 9 completed now!

Happy surprise today - weigh in day and have lost 2lbs!

A nice bonus after the last few weeks at work. Looks like that Shredding is working a treat - last day today too and its all completed.


Have arranged a visit to mum this weekend, collect trousers from alteration shop tomorrow and check price for skirt altering to (have 3 to take in), do shopping tomorrow from list written today and fill up with liquid gold too sadly

A great day today

Half the housework all done and dusted and most of the washing done and dried, leaving a little more for tomorrow alongside Sunday's list.

Had a lovely time with mum who had some good news this week that at her health check she now has a normal BMI after losing 1st - nice one mum and she was over the moon about this too!

We then picked up some more marvellous sale bargains in M+S for £5 each - a pair of 7/8 trousers for me for work reduced from £29.50 and a nice top for mum reduced from £24.50. So both for £10 instead of £54 - as if!

If the weather is ok tomorrow its bike riding day, finish off the cleaning, sweep up the garden, clean the windows, clean the bike, finish of washing. Oh yes and do RI30 day 2 L1!

No RI30 today as feeling quite tired after an 18 mile bike ride this morning. Thought I'd take advantage of the fine bright sunny hot day before the grey and rainy skies arrived this afternoon. A good cycle but quite hard going with lots of hills - took 2hrs to do and my legs are feeling pretty tired now as a result!

Anyway have finished off the housework - bathroom cleaned, floors swept and mopped, LR cleaned, washing dried on line, rest in washer ready to go later for tomorrow, ironing finished and put away. All that's left to do is get a bit of work stuff ready for tomorrow later on, take Mr dog out later after the rain stops.

Then its onto pamper time for me, a facemask and exfoliate, repaint nails and tidy feet up and maybe even read a paper for uni!

Thank goodness its Friday tomorrowand the weekend at last. A very long and boring week this week.

Felt quite run down for a few days this week so haven't been up to mych. Felt better today and decided to tackle Rin30 day3 which went very well overall.

Will do another day tomorrow to make sure I keep on track.

Managed to not cave in to too many sale items. Just a pair of trousers for work, if they fit and a couple of pairs of nice patterned tights. Not bad for £20 if all are ok

Will wait and see if the other things in the basket reduce down dramatically further first.

Oh well time to go now and get some beebs

Woo hoo its a long weekend! Thank goodness for that!

Day 4 complete on L1 Rin30 leaving one more to do tomorrow and its time to move onto L2

Not much else to report atm
