A nice day today
Started off with Shred L3 today which went well for the first day. Not a bad day at work and a friend showed me I was the same size as she was even though I weigh a stone more than she does. I always thought she was smaller than me. Turns out I still see myself as bigger and I'm not. So its not the time to get over obsessed about weight and weight loss. I'm maintaining now and keeping on with the exercise and try and wean myself off the food diary if I can over the next month and then go it alone.
What else? Haircut after work and now all nice and neatly styled and gave my lovely hairdresser a gift as she is off on maternity leave soon.
All clothes sorted out for collection have now gone and am now 8 bags lighter of shoes that never fitted along with all the clothes that no longer fit and are way too big. I made the decision to do it when I realised a few months ago to not hold on to the larger clothes just in case and to get shut of them.
Looking forward to a quiet weekend. Need to go to town in the morning and get a new battery for my watch at long last and then collect the sale clothes and see if they fit. Then back for Olympics and cleaning!final unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550 -
After about 3yrs, I finally got around to getting new battery fitted in my favourite watch. Back working again now and that was a good £7.99 spent.
Next time is the baby g's turn to get a new battery fiited for £9.99.
Called in to see if the trousers that are too big can be altered which they can for about £10. Also finally got around to calling into tourist information for some bike ride leaflets after months and months of saying I would. Collected sale clothes which are the £3 skirts - good fit and will last for ages - good for work in the summer and a top which will be good with skirts and jeans and trousers. Decent price at £7 and original price of £17.50 was way too much for it.
A good day of doing things I have put off for ages!
Next is onto some cleaning, more washing and gardening while watching the Olympicsfinal unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550 -
A very productive day today - 99% of the cleaning done and dusted, most of washing done and dried today leacing a bit to do tomorrow hoping it stays dry again.
Shred also done making it day 2 of L3 which went better than yesterday.
What else - tried out my new night cream which is very nice to use and also very cheap while on offer and might get another one to stock up while so cheap.
Tomorrow, thinking about a bike ride if its dry in the morning or Shred if notfinal unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550 -
A very enjoyable bike ride this morning of 9 miles with 3 large hills along the way. Can feel improvement again due to Shred and I really enjoyed it. Will do it again this week on a dry evening - prob Wed.
Just having a little rest watching the Olympics of course!.final unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550 -

Got up and did Shred this morning before work which was a good start to a very up and down day at work which is getting the norm these days. Did have some lovely chats about the Olympics and bikes to ease the day away.
Cheered myself up with a bike ride after work for 45mins of hills - pretty achy tired legs now! Well deserved day off tomorrow from exercisefinal unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550 -
What an 800m race that was - brilliant to see David Rudisha running to break the world record on the 2nd lap stretching out quicker and quicker and quicker at full stretch. A fantastic athlete
And the 200m, of course a great spectacle and a wonderful 1-2-3 for Jamaica the home of the sprinters,
A day off exercise today for me as have quite achy legs from yesterday. Planning to do Shred tomorrow before work and then see how my legs are before deciding upon a bike ride after a couple of errands after work and if not I will go out on Sat instead
WI today and have STS which is good for my first week of maintaining again. Almost there with Shred now and 5 more times to go and I have completed it for the 1st time since I bought it 3yrs ago when I could barely do one sessionfinal unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550 -
Shred day 6 L3 this morning and then after work took Mr Dog out for a lovely walk around the nature reserve in the late afternoon sun. Decided to do this instead and take advantage of the great weather.
Tomorrow is a trip to town, pootle home, housework, dog walk and bike ride and Sunday is finish cleaning, long dog walk and maybe a longer bike ride
Gardening might take over at some stage too instead of all this as it really needs doing!final unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550 -
Nice walk up and around town. Collected sale trousers £9 which are black with pastel bold flower print 7/8 length and are lovely if not a little too bold for me. Hey, though lets go for it and be bold!
Size 8 crops didn't fit around my waist so they went straight back. Fit everywhere else though which a pleasant surprise! Top fitted great and although I would have been disappointed to pay £22 for it £9 was perfectly acceptable and it will look lovely with some slim black trousers or a black pencil skirt. Also should look nice for an interview outfit if I get one over the next few months and I have a couple of black jackets which will tie the whole outfit together along with some black shoe boots. I'll keep the top to one side with this in mind.
Also had a look for a top to go with my brightly patterned pencil skirts bought over the last few months. Finding it quite difficult to find something to match up. Tried one a few and although didn't find one did realise I need something quite fitted to go with them both. One in navy, one in turquoise and one in cream/ivory all plain and can have a little sparkle too maybe and finally one in violet. Found a lovely blouse but it was way too loose. So will continue looking and hopefully will get one in the sale. Would like one in time for a leaving do at the end of August when a lovely colleague is leaving for pastures new and a well deserved wonderful opportunity in which she will develop into very well.
Just having a little rest before starting some cleaning then it will be long dog walk time - leaving bike ride for tomorrow and Shred for later todayfinal unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550
