Deposit £1 into ING DIRECT and get £20

I opened an account from the link in the OP, deposited my £1 and set up a monthly direct debit. I've received the welcome pack, but haven't logged in to see if I've got the £20

However, I'm pretty certain it said on the home page that accounts would be credited with £20 if opened by a certain date, which I think was 31st July!!

To the person who says they have forgotten their memorable date, my welcome pack says you select this date when you log on for the first time. So if you haven't logged in yet, you haven't set the date. It wasn't something you entered when applying. HTH

I have an ING account and did benefit from such an offer in the past.

I will probably close my account now though as if an incentive comes up in the future I'd not want to miss out again if it's open to to new accounts only! £20 is £20 after all, the way inflation is going it should buy a couple of cartons of fruit juice and bar of Aero!

Yes, the expiry date for the offer 'ING085' was 31/07/10 and the £20 would be credited within 28 days of account opening.

No £20 for me Called them up and because i didnt recerve an invitation i not qualify.Thanks anyway.
