With any phone that we supply, you do get a 7 day piece (sic) of mind policy to change or cancel that contract.
If you have gone past the 7 days this option is not available.
If you think that there is a fault with that particular handset you can get a replacement within the first 28 days.

PS The article does say that they think the iPhone4 design is "too risky" because you can attenuate the signal, but this is a design decision, not some kind of mistake. As I've said, seems to be working well in actual real word use.

even military grade equipment cant operate below the noise floor specific to the freq they use. they can obviously go below the noise floor of other frequencies though but that is not relavant. it is irrelavant if iphone can sense some other frequency other than the mobile signal transmission frequency and that is erroneously reported in the dbm shown on the handset! that wont make any difference for the call quality as that will be a different frequency.bubblesmoney :hello:0 -
