But don't you get pension credit on top? And additions due to your husband's AA?

Nope no means tested benefits at all. We both have pensions in addition to state one.
Can't have additions to AA unless you get pension credit.

This is not the issue in my opinion more so that it is often the way that the advice is given. It is not only KK that seems to go beyond even constructive critisim in the broadest sense.
I don't agree with every person views as they certainly do not mine nor should they. However when I read a post that I think Hhmmmm! I wouldn't go that way it doesn't make me want to lambast them as how does that help ? K

i think if they are going to be looking to cut dla fraud.then aa shoud be included as seems a lot use this for luxuries.so seems like a bit aa fraud too.

There's no law saying what you can't spend it on. It's only fraud if you claim it because you say you can't do something; but can.
