I don't mean the one they are in partnership with or took over but a completely different one? I went to it today and didn't progress with the shop as I know they are totally unrelated.
I took a photo of the front as proof but dont know where to go from there. Any clues? Who do I email or phone?
It's probably happened a few times. I've done at least two where they were closing down in a couple of days because the shop had been sold to another company. I would expect ESA to be ok with this, they've been good with any unexpected problems I've had.0 -

Not that bothered, it was one of my local ones and the sit in area is really small so I felt i stood out like a sore thumb sitting there for the required time watching the floor show :rotfl:!!
I also received a query on a report and they emailed me and asked "did you wear XXX and do you have XXX hair in XXX style". The report was accurate and I was paid after they checked CCTV against staff comments and my findings.
I felt the next time I went into the outlet that everyone knew who I was.....do they have a mugshot on the wall behind the counter taken from the CCTV? :eek::rotfl: This was confirmed when I overheard staff whispering about me.
Very odd....do they actually want a true picture of service given? Is it acceptable for the store to behave as they do - notify all who MS is, floor show, use the term "a gap burger"..... I don't bother with these visits any more seems pointless.0 -

I did one where the store was closing down the following week. I had to carry out an overt audit and nothing was available since they were selling off all the stock....0 -

The people in the offices want the Mystery Shops done to ascertain service, but the managers in the stores want to be one step ahead i guess. How they get away with it when the area managers visit I will never know.
i just remember the pressure I was under when we were due one in a fashion store, it was immense. So I can see the likes of these burger places succeeding by any means possible.0 -

Was even less inclined to go back on the food being awful then! :rotfl:
:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: thought this was hilarious.....
Do bear in mind that many of the burger employees are very young... so perhaps anyone over 30 appears ancient in their eyes...:eek:0 -
A quick warning for anyone doing the petrol shop for abai. I don't see it anywhere in the briefing but they want to know the fuel brand at the competitors garage. I didn't take a note of this. A town I'm seldom in and an obscure brand. God bless Google Earth.0

I have just seen in my ESA "available" list that I can select a shop as a "backup" saying it has been allocated to someone else but I can put my name down as backup if they do not complete it. Is this something new???0

I'm not seeing this. Maybe just getting rolled out or maybe just for certain jobs?0 -

That's the annoying thing. I'm in my mid twenties and they said I was 35-40 :eek:
Obviously their food is ageing me!!0 -
