I'm seeing these too for the Ireland visits. May I add I couldn't care less if anyone has picked them or not, I don't want to see the visits in Ireland! Errr.

Re: EGGS, if the shop has a toilet but someone is in it and is not out after 10 minutes, am I supposed to lurk around until it becomes free?

Also, just picked up an EGGS shop with 1/3 more for the fee than the others I did this week. How comes?

Happy Eid to anyone who may be celebrating it this weekend. :A:A

Have you read the briefing notes? I think some have an overt audit included, like the pharmacies. Not like ESA to increase fees. I was once offered a 50 mile round trip which would have taken an hour each way due to the route and traffic and was offered a measly extra tenner. I think not!!!

Just checked. It clearly says COVERT. Gosh, I almost wet myself when you said overt. LOL. I think the weekend ones have more moolah than the weekdays.

I just thought I'd say that I did one of these today, and it wasn't half as tricky as it looked on paper! Reporting is a bit of a pain with character limits, though. There still seem to be a lot up for grabs.

Also, I might as well mention that I have worked for CRI occasionally over the last five years and have never had a problem with them.

P.S. Thanks to cheekychipmunk for the alert. I don't look on CRI that often these days: the rotations for their main client are horrendously protracted!
  • They definitely do get proof read but I think their questionnaires are designed to be nigh on impossible to get wrong. If there's something missing or a question not answered it won't let you save without fixing them problem.

I've had one query for the travel client, the shop claimed that they had called me when they should have and they'd called me the day after the time was up...

It took about six weeks for the query to filter back from the store to the client to esa to me and it was just a quick phone call from them along the lines of "the store have said xyz can you confirm?"

I had one where the store claimed to have no one working for them with the name or description that I had given. Until I asked them to look at the business card I had uploaded - there was the name clearly written. If I hadn't made it up, the person up served me must have!

    D. :rotfl:
  • Still hasn't started yet as far as I know... Just checked what I have outstanding for them and there's no code on any of them

thanks, all went throught ok, strange as when the woman gave me the job she told me i needed to check it for the code!

appears all the shoppers in my area have been sacked/quit as there are now loads of burgers available! they used to go really quick and i never got calls! they called me a few days ago and i said no and then had about 8 missed calls. got another call yest and she begged me and offered an extra 2.5 times the fee. i was pleased with this as i drive past it on my way home and its free parking :)

but when i got in i was sick _pale_ i was sick last time i did one as well so will have to think twice about doing another!

  • does anyone have an idea how to dispose of 50 bottles of soya oil and sesame oil in glass bottles? want to recycle glass bottles (plus binmen would hear the glass if i put in bin and i would get a fine).

was thinking of pouring it down the sink followed by a bottle of sink unblocker or possibly down the toilet? any better ideas? :p

Wouldn't go for the sink or drain option myself - bit risky for large amounts!!! Some household/recycling sites take uncontaminated cooking oils to turn into biodiesel, so you could empty the bottles into a larger container and take it along (and do your glass recycling at the same time!). Check with your local council.

How dissapointing. I see that you have listed the email address of every shopper in my area that may be close to this shop. With that in mind you have just sent my email to what looks like over 100 people.
I would expect better care to be taken with my information. I do not want this divulged and it is a breach of the data protection act.

That was my reply to the TNS email that just landed in my inbox for a coffee job with 100 + email addresses listed on it!!!!!!

I got a reply apalogising!!! Interesting.
I get what i want. That isn't because i'm a brat or spoilt. It's because i'm determined, i work hard for it and i achieve my goals!

You can take the cooking oils to the local tips. as for the Soya sauce I would dispose of at the tip in the bottles its in.
