Oh dear HELLSBELLS, i do hope the kitten will be ok. How horrible. Poor little mite. x
Annie, well done. I have just caught up on your thread. You are a marvel. I wish you all the best.
Though you have worried me, i have been with A&L for donkeys years and have to admit i have had no trouble whatsoever. But my circumstances changed in July. I now have my pension. Grief what if they decide to do the same to me? I have been hearing so many awful things about Santander since they took over A&L. Well time will tell i suppose. I've loved reading your thread. you are one brave and determined lady, but then so are most of the lovely ladies on this board. I dont post much lately but still need my daily dose of this site.
Keep up the good work Annie. xxxx0 -
Good afternoon to all
Im back after my few days away and very nice it was too
DS is at nursery and he loves it. I knew I was mssing him earlier when I put the cartoons on for him and he wasnt even here.
Sammy have you bee to the FPC? the reason I ask is that they deal with contraception all day long so id imagine they would be far more 'understanding' and know whats what more than a GP IYKWIM
Hubby and I are just the opposite and would love a baby but sadly we cannot have any more. This thread had grown since I went on my hols. I gasped loudly when I read elsewhere on the site some people have put the heating on. I have the dog to put opn my lap if I need too and shes very happy for the fussMad Mum to 3 wonderful children, 2 foster kittens and 2 big fat cats that never made it to a new home!

Been a while since I posted... been a bit glum the last few weeks but I've enjoyed reading as always
Love the use of the word fluff as a bad word. Going to find an excuse tonight to tell OH to FLUFF OFF
Am really angry at npower right now as I've switched to another provider and they've calculated my final bills. somehow on their warped logic I was £80 in debit on my gas and £80 in credit on the leccy so i expected to make final usual monthly payment and be done with it. however, they've said they havent received my last leccy reading from new provider so they are billing me for the gas and will credit me when they finalise the leccy... so I'll be out of pocket and what a waste of time... grrrrr pointless
OS moment of the week, I used the vouchers off this site for the smirnoff & coke cans. Bought in Morrisons where they were £1.48 down from £1.78. voucher was a max of £1.73 but silly boy on the checkout took off 2 lots of £1.78 - result, I made money and had 2 free drinks
wanted to pick some brains! ... I have a lovely set of fruity flavoured balsamic vinegars (inspired present from OH!) and while I've used the lemon a lot in chillis and sauces, and used the blackcurrant to marinate fruit (scrum!) I'm struggling for other ideas... off the top of my head the other flavours are fig, grape and one more I've forgotten...MFW 2015 so far..... £1808.702014 - £1451 2013 - £1600 2012 - £4145 2011 - £5715 2010 - £3258:)

No, you shouldnt be able to feel it, if it pricks hubby :rotfl:the threads need trimming. I had mine done under General, while I was in for a D&C. I'm one of those that hasnt had kids. I WOULDNT EVER ADVISE anyone to have a coil if they are childless. I had one years ago and got a bad infection which I believe was the start of all my problems.
Its really windy up here today, shame its so wet, have a load of bedding to dryLoved our trip to the West Coast USA. Death Valley is the place to go!0 -

Don't want to worry you more but my friend got pregnant on the injection, then the pill. Later had twins, went to full term (she was absolutely enormous) this totally messed her body up, so thought she would be steralised (can't get safer than that eh) 4yrs later, one of the clips came undone - yep you've guessed it. Talk about not lying in the wet patch, I wouldn't even let the !!!!!! breath near me. (Sadly she lost the baby due to all the problems the twins left). But also a very close call. The problem with common sense is its not very common:rotfl:

Goodness! I think after all that poor woman has gone through the husband should be the one getting sterilised!

Well I must say you are not instilling the greatest of confidence in me with any of these contraceptive methods girls - apparently I have to wait for my first period since having little one and she is 9 weeks today so it cant be much further off. I did breast feed her for a month too and am still lactating a small amount so no idea if that's putting it on hold as well.
Anyway looks like my pay tomorrow is near enough all accounted for.
I get £180 tomorrow and so far £110 is going to an already put off bill and towards overdraft payment and is leaving me a total of £70.
£20 of that needs to go on gas/electric (£10 each I think)
£10 to my mum for petrol for her coming up tomorrow to have holly whilst I have my tooth pulled out :eek::eek::eek:
so I'm left with £40 to last me until the 24th. which reminds me £15 of that will be baby milk so I in fact have £25 to last the week for food so I'm sat planning at the minute and seeing what is on special offer where etc as I have access to an Iceland, Wilkinsons, B+M, home Bargains, and a Tesco. As well as a weekly market on Saturday and Tuesday.
So will be off to meal plan once boy and daddies tea are done.
Roll on the 28th when Im properly paid!!!Time to find me again0
