Have ordered my high street vouchers now the £300 has been paid so will get them within 3 weeks, so can stsrt xmas shopping yey!!

I know - have been looking at xmas and how many payments I get now between now and xmas so I can start my xmas shopping - have a list of what I fancy getting people so can work from that now.

Hoping if I can start now I will have gifts done by then for family and put a little bit of money aside into savings so I can do Ben, Owen and Holly as and when i see deals that are relevant.
    Time to find me again

This Christmas I'm thinking of giving vouchers/cash instead of actual presents.
Grandchidren excepted, although will give a taken present and money to their parents to buy what they (the children) need most - notice I said NEED! :D

I think the sales after Christmas will be massive so they'll all get more for their money.

we have a damson tree full of fruit that we dont like if anyone is near me and wants to pick them! seems such a waste to leave them to drop on the floor but I cant stand them.

I too have some good news, my DS2 got his results and he passed his National Diploma in Media Production:):j it was a long hard slog but we're very proud of him as I've mentioned before he had a statement of special educational needs through most of his school years and didn't talk until he was 4 so its a great achievement.:T

Are you on freecycle/freegle? People post that sort of thing on ours - "Come and pick your own damsons" or sometimes "big bag of damsons offered" and they always go...
:D Skint but happy with my lovely family :D

You've got a severe weather warning out for the south of England tonight I see. Glorious summer innit? We got a nice enough day, sunny and windy so had a big washing out and its dry.

Well, it's your turn for a bit o' nice weather mardatha :) - it's rained continually down south for the last 4 days....or at least, the part I'm in.
