I know - have been looking at xmas and how many payments I get now between now and xmas so I can start my xmas shopping - have a list of what I fancy getting people so can work from that now.
Hoping if I can start now I will have gifts done by then for family and put a little bit of money aside into savings so I can do Ben, Owen and Holly as and when i see deals that are relevant.Time to find me again0 -
This Christmas I'm thinking of giving vouchers/cash instead of actual presents.
Grandchidren excepted, although will give a taken present and money to their parents to buy what they (the children) need most - notice I said NEED!
I think the sales after Christmas will be massive so they'll all get more for their money." The greatest wealth is to live content with little."

Are you on freecycle/freegle? People post that sort of thing on ours - "Come and pick your own damsons" or sometimes "big bag of damsons offered" and they always go...Skint but happy with my lovely family
