    :wave: :D I'm happy to say I actually ran today :j:j:j 2 miles - I would have preferred 3 but I'll take what I can get! I'm planning on doing my runs in the morning straight after the school run (getting up at 6 didn't work for me, I can't run on an empty stomach and if I eat anything to close to my run I get stitches) which I did today and it feels really good!

    I went for a run after work, really pleased I did as I almost talked myself out of it on the way home then got changed on autopilot to make myself go. Ran for 40mins and really pegged it for me inthe 180bpm section for 8mins. Really enjoyed it tonight and I'm planning to go back out again on Thursday, or maybe even tomorrow.

    Ran again after work tonight on the same interval for 40mins. Pleased with how it went, and might even go again tomorrow if I feel like it!

    fedupandskint - well done, you're doing really well :)

    I went for 1.5 miles today - it was a fit in quick run as I was looking after my baby niece this morning so had to fit it in before she came over :D I'm really hopeful for 3 miles tomorrow, keep your fingers crossed for me everyone! x

    ETA - cross post tirlittan, hope you get your run in on Friday then :D
