I hope my H rings and finds out when laptop is coming back - I am missing it. Plus I can't view half of FB on this 'puter either - and I have no idea why!!!!!
Anyway enough ranting from me - just eaten some chocolate chip biccies and they were lip smacking good although Doe's chicken is making my mouth water!I have a gift for enraging people, but if I ever bore you it'll be with a knifeLouise Brooks

Dolani - Well done on the cooking. Agree about the whole chicken too.
You have not got the tuf luv quite right yet, when they bring the washing, that is the opportunity to show them how the washer works, how to sort clothes, and not to forget to look in the clothes basket to ensure any of your washing can go in at the same time.;) Oh yes, I did it, my DS knows I don't make threats, I make promises and keep them - good or bad!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: Even now if he brings any dirty washing home, he sorts it and asks if we have any lights, darks, colours to add to the load.
JackieG - It's quite simple really, use just cauli if you like it white, mash it roughly, so it is similiar to jacket spud scooped out, and then apply equal amounts of softened cream cheese and grated cheese which have been mixed together on top and grill - add papriki on top if liked. A bit of glorified Cauli Cheese, but very yummy. Also spotted this on the Harcombe diet forums.
"Tried whizzing cauli in the blender last night with a bit of butter, seasoning and a splodge of creme fraiche and it was absolutely delicious - my new favourite thing! I know lots of you have been making this for ages but it tastes just like mashed potato, even the texture is similar.
To make it into mash you cook first, but you can wizz it raw, microwave for about 3 minutes without water and then fry with a bit of olive oil and some spices (cumin, coriander etc) to make a fab fried "rice". Great for mopping up sauces. I make cauliflower "rice". Grate a cauliflower (I usually resort to the processor for this!) and fry with some garlic and spring onion. Does a passable imitation of rice for curries etc!"

Hi all, wild here.I got soaked in town when I went for my fruit and veg off the market :mad:I went to get some T shirts for DS2s birthday on Saturday, got a few bargains in the sale at Newlook so hope he likes them. He'll be 28,how did my baby get to be so old
Those of you asking about the Harcombe diet- you can eat baked potatoes but you cant have butter on,or anything with fat in it,so it could be veg chilli,or very low fat cottage cheese for instance.Basically you have to keep your meat/protein separate from any carb meals. If you had pasta you cant have a meaty sauce, would need to be veggie. Also the first 5 days (Phase 1)are tough as she wants you to exclude wheat, dairy, tea, coffee.Still getting my head round it yet,but Zoe Harcombe believes there are 3 conditions that make you crave things and if you can get rid of them you wont-hypoglycaemia,candida,and food intolerances.I found a few recipes online when I googled.HTH
