I got the keg, maybe there was limit on how many they had but still sent out survey invites.

been sent 3 surveys... tried to complete all, but again with all 3 i get part (or nearly all) way through before i'm suddenly ineligable as they've got the number of females-in-my-age-bracket-with-two-legs-and-arms-who-lives-in-london-and-breathes-air required!

Last time i complained i was fobbed off with some unhelpful response to email them the link... which i couldn't as it was yonks before (took them weeks to reply), but my reply did complain some more and say i'd like to be removed (hoping for a personal answer to apologise or something). Never heard back.... will now properly unsubscribe.

I dont know whats going on with them at the moment, i complained about my points not being added, didnt hear from them for weeks then got a response to say computer error had erased my complaint. So i sent it again, they still didnt reply, then they asked for the survey invites to be sent to them ???

Arrgh they sent them to me in the bloomin first place !!!

anyway when this lot finally kicks out im done ,

was just able to order another £10 leisure voucher by converting test & vote points to ipoints

I was credited 10k T&V points which took me to 40k+.
I am now @ 4k with 11k still owing

I am still a happy bunny ,:j :beer: I am saving leisure vouchers with both ipoints & pigsback for a holiday with Siblu

how many points do you need to convert to ipoints? is it 10000? and are t&v points worth the same as ipoints, or do they decrease in value?
