How can I stop receiving surveys from Test and Vote I don't want to do them anymore. I have sent an email to them like it says in the FAQs and also changed my profile to not sending me surveys but they continue to get sent to me. I reported them in Windows Live Mail so they at least now goto my junk mail folder but they are still being sent.
  • I had enough points to redeem a HMV voucher on the 27th January, so I am expecting that in the next couple of weeks, but when I was checking my Personal Area, I noticed that in November 2005, it said I had redeemed 40,000 points for an Amazon voucher, which I did no receive. I think I must have redeemed the points and forgot about T&V for a while, or something.

Anyway, I emailed laurent.sabouret@toluna.com about this, and she forwarded my email to david.sjolin@toluna.com who checked my account, and sent me the following email:
    Dear Lucy,

Thank you for your email. I'm sorry to hear that you never received the Amazon voucher ordered. We have historically had a lot of problems with the delivery of the Amazon vouchers, which is why we stopped offering these. Because you didn't receive the voucher I have now credited your account with the 40000 points you exchanged. I'm apologize for this problem.

    Best regards,

    David Sjölin

So now I am wondering, should I get another HMV voucher - I need around another 15,000 points to get one - or get ipoints? I am a member, but I only have around 64, and I don't get many anyway...bah! I don't know the best way to go.
    Cake please...

Why on earth do this lot have so many "problems" delivering Amazon vouchers, when other survey companies do not. I received my award of a £5 Amazon voucher (one of many) from Valued Opinions yesterday within 5 minutes of claiming it.
    Wins since 2009 = £17,600

    MANY THANKS TO ALL OPS

Ooh not joined Valued Opinions yet.

How long does it take to get enough points for a voucher?

  • usually quite quick. You can claim a reward once you reach £5 and most surveys are worth around £1.25
