Did anyone else get the survey that said it is two part and they send something out to test and then they send the second part of the survey?

hiya, how did you order your voucher? I have 43495 points and expected the option of the hmv voucher to 'pop up' in the rewards bit, but nothing.

that's because you can now only get an HMV voucher once you've got 60000 points. The recently changed their policy.
