Sondage is French for 'survey' and considering their site is French I'd say it wasn't a spoof if it came from that address.

Chance - whether you actually complete it - if you don't (kicked out etc.) then you won't get the points.

Did anyone else get the survey that said it is two part and they send something out to test and then they send the second part of the survey?
I'm all excited now, hope it isn't something rubbish

I had two of those in December last year - I completed the first survey and therefore qualified for the "test product" but it never materialised. I sent an e-mail to complain, and actually received a response fairly quickly asking which surveys it was on, but never received any further information. I'm actually fairly convinced that it was just a con to get me to actually do the survey - as it turned out to be about those "kegs" of heinekin or something - couldn't see them sending one of those in the post for me to test! :rolleyes:

I left testandvote about 2 months ago, they didn't track any of the last 3 surveys I did (about 18000 points worth) after 3 months then told me in broken English that I should have kept the e-mails inviting me to take part. I've never had to do that with any other company - great big pile of pants!:mad:

Ive got 3 surveys that Ive never been paid for totalling over 37000 points. These go back to july last year (thats when i started keeping the surveys to check that I was getting the correct points)

Ive sent 3 e-mails had a reply once so Ive sent another today.

Must admit Im getting very pi55ed off with t&v at the moment.

hi, i did the heinekein survey and actually did get the 5lt keg to test, it was great testing it we all had a drink fir nothing
