Finally received a reply regarding the (Christmas) January draw..

Dear member,

Thank you for your email. The draw for the lottery has been concluded, but before we announce the winners we want to contact them personally. When we have contacted all the winners, we will very soon also announce them on the webpage.

Can someone clarify something for me? When I receive mails, they either say:

Here is your last chance to take part in a survey giving you the chance to earn 6.100 extra points which you can convert into gift vouchers or lottery tickets for our £1,000 monthly draw!

Filling in the questionnaire will allow you to earn 6.100 extra points which you can convert into gift vouchers (Pixmania, HMV, Ipoints and many others) or lottery tickets for our £1,000 monthly draw!

So one says 'chance' and one says you'll earn. Is one of them based on some kind of draw, then?

Also, I received an invite from: sondage @ testandvote.com

Has anyone else received an email from this address or is it a spoof?

mine is always from survey at test&vote,I never thought about the wording in the emails having an effect on the outcome of whether I would receive the points or not.

I think the "chance" refers to whether you complete the survey ,or not

so if you get to the end of the survey then you do get the points

I havent been paid for the last 4 surveys I've done even though they have way passed the payout date of mid january, 12k, 6.5k, 5.5k and another at 12k. I havent mailed them yet I just want even one of them to be paid so I can claim 4 or 5 pixmania vouchers
