Still waiting for my HMV voucher since posting this on the 21st December, so it has just passed the 4 week mark that they reckon you will receive it byTrix wrote:I have already had 2 X £10 Amazon vouchers off them in the past and thought they were a pretty good site......not anymore
I've just cashed in all my points - £60, 000 on a HMV voucher, 750 for 3 Christmas prize draw tickets (250 points each) and 4,500 on three normal prize draw tickets (1,500 points each but you get a free one for every one you buy so that's 6 tickets). Now all I have left is 100 points. Doubt I'll win but I felt better doing something with them rather than just leaving them and there's nothing else I could so with 5,000 points - it's not even near to getting a 'reward'.
Once I get my HMV voucher I'll terminate my account and email them to tell them why.
I have just been deleting all the surveys I get sent (usually at least a couple a week). I went onto T&V to edit my personal details to stop the surveys been sent......and found that I have been credited for a survey that I didn't realise I hadn't been credited for :doh:Now my credits are back up to 5,000! Still nothing I can do with 5,000 points, but if I hadn't blown all my points on the tickets I would have 10,000 now!:wall:
It's mad, I know, but I hate the thought of using my time to earn points points but not using them!
After all, T&V must be getting paid by the companies that we are filling in surveys for so it's like they are getting paid for my time and I'm getting nothing! I'm a little angel
BUT A WHOLE LOTTA DEVIL

I'm trying to edge my way up to 60,000 points and then I'm out of this one, I've had enough and given up.
I ordered 5 vouchers last year - and I had to chase every one, at least twice. I'm still waiting for a Pixmania voucher from September and points to be credited for a survey in Sept which apparently I have not received because "no one has"
The year before I had to chase about 50% of surveys and vouchers, but nowadays it's 70% of the surveys and ALL of the vouchers. I give them about 8-10 weeks before chasing, so it's not as if I'm being unreasonable. T+V are the only survey company who I deal with who have their own email folder on my pc! - I keep all my enquiries and all their invitations where I've completed the survey. It's way too much admin for a few bloody vouchers, so I'm dumping this one asap!0 -
<touch wood> ive never had a problem with them (so far!) and so will continue to complete the surveys while i am "happy" with them
am i the only one who hasnt had a problem getting credited with points?!0 -

I guess the time I spend online (for me) falls into leisure time and I don't necessarily expect financial reward for it. Its nice if it happens and it annoys me when I complete surveys and don't get the points but if it annoyed me as much as it seems to annoy you then I suppose I would stop.0 -
When i click to look at the HMV voucher option there's nothing on there to actually convert points or tell me how many are needed (I now know from here though:rolleyes: . Am I missing something or do they just not bother telling you until you've got enough points? I will NOT waste points by entering there draws (prize that is
) 0 -
They now "hide" the hmv option
Click on your Personal Area and just below the option to convert to prize tickets is an option to show other exchange possibilities - its currently 60000 points for a £15 hmv voucher0 -
I'm rarely sucessful in the surveys, I got selected for the shop and scan one, but wasn't told it needed hooking up to the phone line - I get fined by Sky if I do that because of sky plus >.< Just do loads of quick votes.~*Cerenia*~

I think the shop and scan only needs to be connected to the phone once a week when you transmit your shopping details - Sky shouldn't have a problem.0
