on your personal page there is a link for other ways to claim rewards.Click on that and it brings up the claim bit.

redemed some points for ipoints and they were credited straight away:j only need 300 t&v points to convert again

Ive just done that and have exchanged ipoints for a £10 leisure voucher

I'm down to 8k test & vote now lol but have 16k owing from surveys this week

I've given up on mine. I do plenty of different surveys so it's not worth the aggro I go through to try and get what they promise - the last surveys I did, before Christmas, claimed that I would definately get something to test if I got all the way through the surveys - I did, but got nothing. Queried it, got nothing. Haven't even had the points. So I've used all my points in the last lot of competitions and am leaving after they're drawn (not that I'm expecting to win anything!!). :rolleyes:

While i am getting a good amount of surveys a week ( 4 for the past few weeks totalling 16 - 20k points) i am going to keep on with them

because 40k T&V points = 120 Ipoints

so 2 weeks of doing that and i can get a £10 leisure voucher from i points ( £10 vouchers = 210 ipoints)

<touch wood> T&V have always credited the points i am owed so far

I've recently recieved my £10 hmv voucher and have recieved my dvd from them today! Took me a while to get there though, mind you-i moved house and had a few months where i couldnt get online so missed out on a few things.

Wahhh... just found this thread. My T&V always fluffed up, I'd either be "not suitable" for the survey within the first few questions (basic gender/location/age ones), or I'd go through pretty much all of it, like 80% or so... and THEN be told I wasn't suitable! Got far too annoyed as I think I only really completed 1 or 2 of every 30 I tried. Sent an email to complain, got a reply weeks later apologising and asking for the link of the survey I had problems with... very frustrating as firstly, i dont keep expired survey links and secondly, I'd actually given the link to the last survey that "chucked me out" near the end in my complaint!

Arrrghhh....!!
