Gah! Just tried another survey they sent me. Answered all the questions, first age, do I work in media/tv/advertising/etc, gender, go through the very short survey, it flashes up "thank you for completing" before quickly redirecting me to a page which says that unfortunately I'm not eligable as they've got the target amount in that sector:
If you have been excluded from one of our surveys, this might have been due to one of the following reasons:

    1. Our client who requests the realisation of a To Luna survey, hopes to obtain information about a specific target group. That is why we need to ask at the beginning of the survey some introductory questions. The answers you give will decide if you belong to the target group of the survey or not.
We always try to invite those members to the survey that we believe are closest to target group, but in some cases this is only possible to a certain extent.
If you do not belong to the required target group due to your answers in the introductory questions, the chances of meeting the criteria of the target group for the following survey are quite high.

    2. Most often the number of participants is limited, meaning our client wants to obtain information about a specific number of participants. Very often this group of participants is split into sub-groups with certain socio-demographic characteristics, e. g. gender and different age ranges.
As soon as the wanted number of participants within one of these subgroups has been reached and you belong to this group, you are - unfortunately - excluded from the survey.
How quick a single subgroup reaches its wanted number of participants, is hard to predict and is mainly dependent on the time in which our members respond to the email invitation.
In some cases the time in which we have to realise the online study is very limited by our client. To ensure we reach the desired number of participants within the time constraints, we are sometimes forced to send out a relatively high number of invites.

We hope that we did not disappoint you too much with the early end to our survey. We try our best to avoid this happening too often.

If I didn't suit their criteria, why did they let me answer all the bloomin' questions!

I've been doing this for ages and never checked any points just done the surveys and I have 230275 Points. I did a survey on 11th for 12000 and I worked it out before I did it that after I get those points I would go over the 240000 mark so would have enough for either 4 or 5 pixmania £15 vouchers, I then plan to leave. I noticed it wasnt showing yet even up till yesterday but I've checked today and its been put into my list of completed surveys but my total has stayed the same.

I cant go through the whole list to check coz I wont remember but they must have knocked one or more off nearer the bottom of the list so I wouldnt notice the points missing maybe?

I cant believe they would do this I checked before I completed the survey coz I was waiting for one enough to take me over the 240000
    Thanx

  • Ive just fired off a quick email as i didnt realise how many points they owed me !!

I asked a question a while back about ipoints and amazon vouchers ( ithink fallen gave a reply) I received my response today and wanted to clarify it for everyone,

If you convert your ipoints to amazon vouchers (ie £10) you can order 2 books to total that amount, rather than wasting what is left over ! So its not a total waste of TandV points using ipoints
