I'm getting bored of never meeting their requirements for the dozens of surveys they send me! They have my sex and d.o.b etc on profile so if they don't want my opinion they should stop sending those bloody surveys!!

I agree I have the same problem have been a member since september, you seem to need SO many points to get anything from that site !!!!!!!!!

Hiya all,
i have been filling in surveys by the boat load and have still not got any of the points they owe me (234,800). i emailed them 3 times with no reply untill this week when i threatened them with trading standards and got a reply the next day.

How daft do I feel - I have been doing their surveysw for a while and never keep a note of points due etc - I jut ASSUME they credit them.

Wont bother from now on - off to read the review on Greasypalm.

Don't feel daft Tracey because i do the same! I complete the surveys then delete the emails and forget how many points are owed to me and when and guess what? i haven't been credited with any survey points since September and i've taken loads since then!

I must admit I don't keep records of the surveys I do. I think I will now. Saying that I recieved my HMV voucher from them on the 21st December 06, after about 3 weeks after requesting it. I requested another one a week or so later still havent recieved that one as yet.

I have also noticed that they send out quite a few surveys where you have to spend 10 minutes or so doing them just for them to tell you that you dont qualify. I sent them an e-mail once regarding this, suprise suprise I had no response.
