I emailed T & V and asked them in the end they sent back the following email:
In order to exchange your Test&Vote points to iPoints, please do the following. Login to your Test&Vote account and go to the “Personal area”. Below the options for exchanging your points for lottery tickets you’ll find a link which says “For other point exchange possibilities, click here!”, click here to display the voucher types. Mark the option for iPoints and then choose how many points you want to exchange (40000 T&V = 120 iPoints, 50000 T&V = 150 iPoints). Enter your username and password for your iPoints account and click “Convert”.
It just worked for me!:smileyheaRachel xx0 -

you need 40k T&V points which convert to 120 ipoints
ok its a crap conversion  but the only one worth doing IMO lol
I am still getting lots of T&V surveys so it takes me about 2 weeks to get 40k in T&V points0 -

Have to agree that mine was really quick. First time I had redeemed a voucher from T &T and it was with me within days as above. In fact, looks like I must have ordered mine at roughly the same time! Seems like we just got lucky that week.AUGUST GROCERY CHALLENGE £115.93/ £250

Never heard of it!?
Well I've got around 130,000 points now! Can't decide whether to go for the HMV vouchers or ipoints! Am having a little(!) trouble getting rewards I've already claimed for ipoints, so I'm not sure about doing that, but I'm not sure I'd use e-vouchers for hmv.
Am I right in thinking the e-vouchers can't be used at waterstones? What a pain
