No - because Blair hasn't started any illegal wars.
Is it your defense that it was the US that started the illegal war?

The conviction is very shaky, I think.

Then the justice system should be questioned.
As it is (until proven otherwise) he is a convicted criminal.

Else we could release any other criminals where people 'think' the conviction is very shaky

is it just me or do you think there is a good chance he was innocent (or that there was at least more behind this bombing), and the release was merely part of a deal for dropping his appeal (and therefore allowing a cover up to continue). many of the lockerbie relatives think so.

    http://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/home-news/almegrahi-pressured-into-abandoning-appeal-1772156.html

Pamela Dix - whose brother Peter was on board Pan Am flight 103 when it exploded above the skies of Lockerbie in December 1988 - said Megrahi’s decision to abandon the appeal would mean that those relatives of victims who believe the truth about the bombing has yet to be ascertained will be even further from discovering what really happened.
“It’s a massive disappointment,” said Mrs Dix, whose organisation UK Families Flight 103 represents a number of British families that believe the full facts of the bombing have yet to be fully explained. “I’m always a little hesitant to speak for other people but I certainly know that a number of families who lost loved ones and were very keen for the appeal process to reach its full conclusion.”

You'll be happy with the news that he's now only receiving palliative care. Prostate cancer is a horrific disease - hope none of you ever have to witness just how horrific it is.

Yep,I am actually whooping with joy. I hope this dirty terrorist F*ck has the most painful exit from this planet possible. The b@stard deserves it.

    Which law(s) did it break?

It didnt. Because international law doesnt exist. Any soverign nation may invade another without a blink. Nothing can stop them. Of course, if you have a policy of group defence, IE NATO, it makes things more fruity. The reason it wasnt illegal was because international law doesnt exist in this matter.

If soverign nations dont recognise it, how can it be applied? How do you punish a soverign nation?

Did they have the backing of the United Nations or did they decid to invade for their own personal reasons?
