    disgrace.

always count on the lefty to get it massively wrong.

Who cares? The really guilty man is Gaddaffi, anyway. Megrahi was just a stool pigeon.

    He shouldn't have been released.

Compassionate release, where was his compassion for all those that died and their famalies.

We are far too lenient in our country.
The punishment should suit the crime, then you would see a real deterrant and reduction in crime.

Megrahi is not important - get over it. It's Gaddaffi who ordered the attack and he is the one who should have had his !!! blown off.

I love reading these arguments where nobody really knows what they are talking about, and then resort to using Wikipedia :eek:to back themselves :rotfl:

I hope you don't mean me, I didn't need to refer to Wikipedia (-:

OK then, in the case of the judge who decided the trial. If he chose trial by judge, it was his decision to live with.

    3 judges. Not his choice.

If there wasnt sufficient evidence, the CPS would never have raised the case.

It wasn't a jury trial. Not a single judge. Not the CPS.

There was plenty of evidence, there are too many conspiracists and lefty idiots that want to blame the system though.

CPS were not involved in any way. Stop making things up. The trial was under the laws of a country that does not have the CPS.

I guess he means me icon7.gif I had a vague recollection that some people thought the guy may have been a patsy, so I googled and quoted a piece from the Wiki, not sure what is wrong with that though?

I did the same thing - vaguely remembered reading stuff about the case so googled for a link for others to view / backup my recollection. It seems easier than retaining all our old newspapers and then scanning them in to provide back up.
