Picked my tv up today - ordered it online on Saturday and it arrived in store earlier this week. Hadn't heard anything from Woolies so called them today to find out when it would be available - was told end of next week. Happened to be in the store today and decided to double check and was told it arrived earlier on in the week and was waiting for me!
Woolies very kindly sent me a text to let me know the tv was despatched...just after I had picked it up!!!
Haven't tried it yet, but good luck to everyone else.0 -

danmed wrote:Apologies but if you had read my earlier post then you would know that i was on about the technosonic i got from tesco. NOT the one from woolworths.
It is a newer model and i assure you it supports 1080P .
Do you have any tech specs on this tv? I managed to track one down from tesco and it looks ace, I should think the resolution of the panel would be native 720p and although it accepts 1080p input i think it will scale it down. I hope i'm wrong and that the res is true 1080p, i may just have to rig up my 360 and see what it looks like.0 -
So, is this TV now available from Woolies & TescO?? how much?
Saw this on display in Woolies when they first released it, and though the pic quality was nothing special, very dark. Anyone care to comment on the quality of pic?

Have you got the code to tune in your Sky remote...I saw somewhere that someone had a TV but no code...
I got my TV, but it is a pressy for son at Christmas so a code would be helpful for Christmas day..

the only specs i have are from teh manual but are as follows:
Technosonic LCD3251 HD Ready 32" LCD TV
Size : 32"
1366x768 Resolution (hmm does that make it 720i??)
HDMI
HD Component
Nicam stereo sound
component in
VGA in and PC sound in
(the manual is rubbish.. seems a generic one for all the technosonics)
No PIP as far as i can see0 -
santhana wrote:For some reason, I feel that my technosonic tele shows me a hazy picture when there is a lot of movement in the picture. I tried playing a DVD and also tried SKY and get the same effect. Is there someting I am doing wrong. Is there a way, I can modify the settings to increase the speed of the picture so that it doe snot get hazy. I though that this was an 8ms tele and that should be good enough. Someone please advise
Sorry to say that this is because it has a 16ms refresh rate, for a great pic with fast moving images it should be at lease less than 120 -
millski wrote:Couple of quick questions (because I can't find the answer using thread-search):
Do the 2 Technosonic or the Relysis tv's have PiP and/or PoP?
Do these tv's also have DVI input as well as HDMI?
Is 1200:1 contrast ratio better than 800:1 (and what does that actually mean)?
Thanks for any help anyone can give. Just trying to get a comparison against the Aria/Teco 32"...0
