I was thinking orf ordering now. Surely they can't take payment until it's in stock for delivery ?.. Mid-month they will be taking Amex so I could change the payment details and get a further 2% off.

Have to add my 2 pennies worth - saw it in local woolies today with cartoon on - through a scart connection and cheap woolies dvd player absolutely fantastic picture - was very tempted to buy one although I have a new 40inch samsung lcd. 2 people in front of me were buying one each they were that good. Maybe the picture won't be as good on freeview but I have to say I was very impressed.
  • Looks pretty good on freeview to be honest.

  • Hi,
I registered here today , found this site really useful so want to give something back. Got my Technosonic today from Swansea, phoned around all South Wales stores today, spoke to Swansea store around 10:15 ,they opened at 11 and had put it to one side for me..nice touch ...i didnt even ask them to do this!
Anyway got it home plugged it in and hey ....NICE....its got more connections than I have seen before on a TV. I have had a fiddle with the settings menus and picture etc..loads of options...for a budget TV.
Got the Xbox360 working through composite...perfect picture ..Test Drive Unlimited was a little dark but then later i remebered that game has a gammar setting which I will look at later. The picture on Freeview is really nice, crisp and clear, a bit of pixelisation here and there but then thats Freeview not the TV screen.
I cant really see any blurring myself. Im watching it right now.

    thaks guys!
