Home at last, had an amazing night last night at Wmbley, we were 4 rows from the very top and for someone with a fear of heights it was pretty scary, the seating wasn't on a gentle slope it was bl**dy steep and I felt dizzy for the first 15 minutes, but once TT were on I managed to cope :D It was a great night and it was also lovely to see my friend who I haven't seen for 4 years since I moved down here so lots to catch up on there :)

Came home via Asda and bumped into Tigz :D Finally made it home at about 2 this afternoon, now just unpacking the shopping, sorting the washing then round to mums in a bit for roast dinner and to collect ds :)

£71 spent in Asda , £34 spent on petrol and a tenner spent on bits and pieces yesterday. Oops, need to keep track this month ;)

I was up in the gods too - as you say, very steep!

But a fab show :D We arrived home at 3.15am.....so a day of doing nothing much for us as a result!

Woohoo, thankyou GQ, that makes me feel better about it all :T :T
Ds has been really good tonight (after another bad night last night), and was in bed before 8, he's wide awake still but is laying in bed reading :) I am going to make the most of it by doing some chores, I have tidied and cleaned his bedroom while I listened to him reading, now about to tackle the bathroom which needs a good scrub ...

Ds has had another good day today, he has been reading the Witches and was getting near the end, so this morning before school he read another 5 pages and then as soon as we came home he sat and finished the last 35 pages :T :T He wanted to read it to me, and being the bad mummy that I am I put my feet up on the sofa while he was reading .... and an hour and a half later he woke me up :o:o

Still, it must have recharged my batteries somewhat as then we took the Wii games back to Blockbuster, he then called for a friend who came round to play, I got dinner and have since then cleared the mountain of ironing :D Time now for our baths, then early nights all round me thinks :)

Spends today = 60p on a snack at school, yesterday was a nsd :T

    Another pretty rubbish day ...

    1. Everythings crazy at work, far too much to get done, too many people off sick, pressure just ridiculous at the moment ...

    2. Ds had another terrible day at school; his teacher was off and he didn't cope well ... They have given me the form I need to complete for the camhs referral (childrens mental health services :o)

    3. Spoke to the csa and the derisory £5 weekly payments are not being paid either. Really ... £5! Is your son not even worth that much?? :(

    4. Overall I just feel like crap. Diet is totally out the window, am just so fed up with everything at the moment :o

To cheer myself up I have just bought a soap and glory goodie box from Boots (£35 for £80 worth of products, with a £5 code taking it down to £30, + £5 of Boots points and 10% through quidco, so in effect whould cost me about £22 :D) Completely unecessary, not within the budget, but right now I don't care :o
