Been missing in action for a day or two, had a tough time yet again with ds :o and then we had a family meeting last night to discuss dad, so all in all its not been a great couple of days. However, am feeling a bit more positive tonight and thought I ought to do an update on here as I have neglected it rather recently.

I had 3 letters from the csa today, basically letter 1 said he should be paying me £71 a week from mid-March, letter 2 said he shouldn't be paying anything now as he's not working again, letter 3 said he should be paying £5 per week now towards his arrears. The arrears currently stand at £718.47, which would be lovely but will take a while at £5 a week  The £71 amount is wrong too as they have taken off a deduction for him having ds two nights a week when I told them 2 months ago he now has him only 1 night. Their computer says this too but for some reason the calculation was done wrongly  It should have been over £80 per week. So, £5 a week, really gonna be living it up on that aren't I ??

Tonight is also WW night, and basically I am going there to almost start again, I have been beyond rubbish recently, just cannot get my head in the right place with it at all for some reason :o

Been to WW, put 2.5lbs back on over the last two weeks :o although tbh I have eaten so much junk that I expected it to be worse than that ...

Tomorrow is crouchys birthday so am planning on popping over there as a surprise for a couple of hours, mum is looking after ds after school tomorrow night so I will be able to see him for a while then :)

I'm the same - whenever stuff is running amok in my head, I find it impossible to concentrate on eating healthily. The problems I have are way different to yours but still affect me and I know deep down that until I sort them out properly (and by that, I mean not a sticking plaster over a big wound), then I'll never lose the weight.:(
  • I'm much the same regarding sorting problems.

If only I could sort my head then I'm sure my life would follow suit -

healthy eating + exercise = weight loss
tidy & clean house = organised
    etc

    Just never have the time!

    Any tips?
