£30 spent last night but it was a good night :) Very tired today and glad it is now the weekend. I spoke to the csa again earlier and they said that they spoke to his (ex?) employer and the info they need to do the assessment is on the way, but they were unable to tell them if he is still employed because of the data protection act?? Surely they can tell the csa? I'm guessing that means he isn't as otherwise surely they would be able to say so?? They also said they have tried ringing him several times over the last few days but can get no answer, surprise surprise  The most hurtful bit is that when ds came out of school tonight he asked if he could get some money out of his moneybox to buy him a fathers day present ... :(:(

He just called to speak to ds (first time this week) and I answered it instead :D I asked him outright if he is going to pay anything this month and he said that he hasnt been working for 2 weeks, starts a new job next week, but is hoping to make 2 payments this month :rotfl::rotfl: He is beyond deluded   When I asked how he thought he'd manage that he said that he gets paid from the old job on monday and the new job on 29th. He didn't like it when I pointed out that the old job was 2 wks in advance / 2 in arrears, he hasnt worked for the last 2 and therefore probably wasn't going to get much there then .... So, having found out more in 2 minutes than the csa have managed all week, I now know that I am very unlikely to see a penny this month either

Morning, well I say morning, apparently it is although I still feel like I could do with about another 5 hours sleep :o Never mind, its ds summer fayre today and luckily it is sunny at the moment. As long as the weather holds then we'll head up there at 11, after that its the joy of tescos followed by a trip to Blockbusters as I just realised that the tesco clubcard vouchers expire 30th June and I still have 7 rental tokens left and a day out at a local small kiddie theme park, hoping its not raining next weekend so we can go next saturday.

Hopefully this afternoon will involve curling up on the sofa with ds to watch a movie :D

Summer fayre was rather dull, spent about £5 altogether on varying random tat

Tescos was far too busy, spent £70  but that included 2 silentnight memory foam pillows (one for me and one for dad for fathers day) which were £20, so £50 on food which is about right.

Last stop was Blockbusters, we got Fifa 11 for the Wii which ds is enjoying already, Over the Hedge and the Kings Speech which I want to watch tonight when ds is in bed :D

So now its sofa time. I don't intend moving from here, other than for coffee and loo breaks, for the foreseeable future ;):)

Morning all, today is my race for life day, at least the sun is shining :) This afternoon we're going to mums for a roast dinner.

Slept pretty well on the new pillow, takes a while to get used to it but it was good :D
