So with it being exactly 2 months today until it all kicks off (hopefully for the last time), today has been day one of the final stage of the utterly fabulous project. This stage involves sticking religiously to ww (as I've been very pants for the last couple of months) and exercising daily in some form or another. Today I have stuck to my points (have got enough left for a ww bar with a cup of tea later), and ds and I went out after school, I walked for half an hour while he cycled :) Just back from ww and I have lost 1lb this week, really don't know how as I haven't been good, but at least then it will kickstart me off again :D I have 8 weeks to get under 10 and a half stone, I'm currently 11 stone 3.5lbs.

Good luck with Operation UF (Utterly Fabulous); I'm struggling as normal making it Operation UF here too (Useless, Fat!!)... :D

Have hit upon the idea of beginning a YTFC Slimmers Club where I get a group of ten supporters, get the ultra fit assistant manager to draw up a schedule of realistic exercise along with some dietary tips and weigh in once every fortnight. With my job, I'd then put all the info on to the club's official site for all to see...:D

Might finally kickstart my a**e into gear. Operation Green and Lean!!

Sounds a good plan mart, why only fortnightly weigh-ins though not weekly??

Today I have been very good diet wise again, I have spent quite a few pennied though :o £1.50 on ds disco ticket for tomorrow night, £15 on his lunch account (£10 already in the budget for this), £10 in tesco express on chicken, magazine (with free benefit high beam :T), choccy and sausage rolls and £7.85 came out of mt account for my Moroccan oil for my hair, which postie delivered today too, so am just waiting for the hot water so I can have a bath, read my new magazine then test out my new hair oil :D
