Back from WW, I put on 0.5lbs this week, tbh am not surprised, I haven't counted my points that well this week and am sure it must be totm some time soon, that always makes me retain water  Hopefully that will motivate me to be a bit stricter at it this coming week.

Could you discuss it with him Benben? Or is it still a taboo subject?

I've learnt not to bother, he'll tell me he's paying it tomorrow, always does, only tomorrow never comes  I would prefer not to get into a discussion to do with money with him as the court case is financially related so its easier not to talk about the subject at all, but on the other hand, he seems to just get away scot free without coughing up a penny towards ds but still enjoys the benefits of seeing him every fortnight :( I just wish he'd get out of our lives for good, even if he never paid a penny ever again, I'd love him to just leave us alone for good :o

I personally would this week say to your ex you have something planned and ds cant go, you dont need to say it has anything to do with money, put him out like he puts you out, then try and do something nice with ds (not that you dont normally do nice things), i would defo this week put your ex out especially if he has something planned, I am assuming you would let him know by text is that right or do you still talk on phone.

I would defo not let ex have your ds this weekend, you dont need to say anything about why just say your ds is busy, and that something last minute has cropped up. I understand you cant really stop him seeing ds altogether but i would certainly make it harder for him.

    Good luck
