So I phoned him to check he got the message that I can't meet him tomorrow as originally planned with ds, then asked him if he had made the payment today, he stuttered a bit and said 'err, no, I never told them that I would be making one?!?' ... so I said 'well I'll be calling the csa tomorrow lunchtime to see if you've made it by then, and will then let you know if I'll be meeting you with ds' before hanging up

Lets see what tomorrow brings  Mortgage Total: £50,720/ £75,000

So ... csa call me to say he has paid :j :j ......
£20
Bearing in mind he owes me £400+ in arrears and about the same again for maintenance from his current employer I was not too impressed
I spoke to him about ds and said that (1) I regard the £20 as an insult and am shocked that he thinks that little of ds (2) I wouldn't be sinking to his low level though. I will meet him at the station with ds tonight.
He said he's living on credit cards as he has no money, I said thats not my fault or ds's fault and am not interested in that, I would just like what he owes for ds. I am going to suggest tonight that he cuts the visits to once a month so he can save the money he's spending on travelling here and put that towards hiss arrears. I know what the answer will be but worth a try
