Well done on keeping the moral high ground, please beleive me when your DS figures out what his dad is like and tells his friends the view gets even better!!

Back from London, had a great day but am very tired tonight. Dad has gone into respite today for a week and was in floods of tears when mum left him there. I will take ds to visit him tomorrow after school, then I have WW and then take ds to mums for another sleepover.
Today has been another nsd too

Another 1lb off at WW tonight :j :j Am finally edging nearer to the stone mark, has taken ages but then I don't really feel as though I'm on a diet as I am taking it slow and steady, so all is good I guess

Another low spend day today, just £3 on some lunch. Went to visit Dad tonight after school, he was totally away with the fairies but seemed fairly content in the home this time. Waiting now for the hot water to heat up so I can have my bath and get ready for my last trek of the week to London
Today has been very hectic getting stuff ready for the trip, it has all mainly fallen to me and one other member of staff but I think we're finally sorted
