New Vanquis Card

How recently is recently ?I just saw this Granite Card today and wanted it to find out if it was genuine. I called Vanquis Apparantly it is a Vanquis backed credit card, but it is being marketed by a company called MI Money which I think is this website mediaingenuity.com, so it is Vanquis, but also isn't. They are also behind the website mentioned above totallymoney.com (the card is on there now). Apparently the granite website is genuine and has only been up 24 hours, which I suppose accounts for a the lack of website in the listings.
Anyway, It doesn't really help me as people that have been declined by Vanquis recently, automatically don't get accepted for Granite.0 -

I was told you can't get accepted if you have been rejected for a vanquis card in the last 6 months.0
